As the Operator, LAMBC will oversee all MBOC operations along Louisiana's Gulf Coast. LAMBC will have MBOC offices in New Orleans and Baton Rouge and is adding staff in both offices to increase the organization's capacity to directly broker contracts in the public and private sectors.
